Lifetime activities class got into the Christmas spirit today by making gingerbread houses!







The Mule on a Stool holiday adventures are coming to an end! Congratulations to our overall winners Dylan Robson, Jayden Titzer, Cooper Berg, Carter Johnson, and Macie Wiesel! Macie even won a $50 gift card.


Our fabulous kitchen staff is hard at work today, preparing the annual holiday meal! Students and staff look forward to this day every year. All students are welcome to join the festivities and share a delicious meal with friends. It’s a wonderful way to celebrate the season and bring our school community together. Don’t miss it!

This week the FCHS Be the Change Club cooked a yummy brunch for the families staying at the Ronald McDonald House at Gateway Hospital in Evansville. They also lent a hand to the Salvation Army by packing Christmas tote bags for teenagers that will be given away next week at their annual Toy Town.

Next week on Thursday 12/19 and Friday 12/20 the following schedule will be used for semester exams.


We are excited to share that Spresalynn Tipps and Johna Kinney's Illinois State Flag design has been chosen as one of the top ten finalists for the new Illinois State Flag! They made their design as an assignment in Introduction to Social Studies class. Voting will begin in January! More details on voting will come soon.

The FCHS Music Department is thrilled to spread holiday cheer at this year’s Winter Concert! Join them as they celebrate the season with an afternoon full of music and holiday spirit.

You’ve heard of Elf on the Shelf, but this year, FCHS is putting a twist on the tradition! ✨
Meet The Mule on the Stool! Starting Monday December 9th, he’ll be popping up in unexpected places.
Here’s the deal:
🎁 Find The Mule on the Stool and win a prize! The first 5 Students who spot Murdock will receive a small prize each day.
They will earn a ticket for a chance to win a bigger prize right before Christmas break! 🎅🎄

During College and Career week, the senior class created pennants with their future plans on them. We can't wait to see them achieve their goals!
