We hope you enjoy the holidays with family and friends! If you are looking for something to do after Christmas, you can catch the boys basketball team in action at Eldorado or the girls basketball team at the Mule Barn!

The music department put on an excellent holiday show for the community last week! If you missed it, check out some of the pictures from their performance.











Lifetime activities class got into the Christmas spirit today by making gingerbread houses!







The Mule on a Stool holiday adventures are coming to an end! Congratulations to our overall winners Dylan Robson, Jayden Titzer, Cooper Berg, Carter Johnson, and Macie Wiesel! Macie even won a $50 gift card.


Our fabulous kitchen staff is hard at work today, preparing the annual holiday meal! Students and staff look forward to this day every year. All students are welcome to join the festivities and share a delicious meal with friends. It’s a wonderful way to celebrate the season and bring our school community together. Don’t miss it!

This week the FCHS Be the Change Club cooked a yummy brunch for the families staying at the Ronald McDonald House at Gateway Hospital in Evansville. They also lent a hand to the Salvation Army by packing Christmas tote bags for teenagers that will be given away next week at their annual Toy Town.

Next week on Thursday 12/19 and Friday 12/20 the following schedule will be used for semester exams.


We are excited to share that Spresalynn Tipps and Johna Kinney's Illinois State Flag design has been chosen as one of the top ten finalists for the new Illinois State Flag! They made their design as an assignment in Introduction to Social Studies class. Voting will begin in January! More details on voting will come soon.
