Fairfield Community High School has been notified that an employee of FCHS who works out of the district has tested positive for COVID-19. The Wayne County Health Department is working to notify those individuals who are considered close contact. These individuals will be notified with further instructions by the WCHD. The person is currently recovering at home in isolation. We will continue to monitor the situation and notify employees, parents, and students if conditions change.

The Sept 19, ACT test has been cancelled at FCHS.
Also the Sept. 26, SAT test has be cancelled at FCHS.
ACT and College Board should be in contact with anyone scheduled to test on either of these dates informing the students another testing center that is still open. Students can also go onto their ACT and SAT account and check the status of a different testing center availability.
