FBLA Week is here!! The Future Business Leaders of America is the largest business career student organization in the world. The high school division has 215,000 members! It’s not to late to join FCHS’s FBLA . See Ms. Fetcho if you are interested in joining. Also, see any FBLA member for a raffle ticket to park in a teacher’s spot all next week. Mr. Savage and Mrs. Fulkerson are even giving up their parking spots! Tickets are omly $1 and winner will be chosen Thursday afternoon, so get your tickets NOW!!! Wednesday is nerd day, Thursday is crazy tie day, and Friday is FBLA shirt day.

Did you realize that Valentine’s Day is only two weeks away??? Here is your chance to send your favorite person a special surprise on that day. The FCHS student council is selling Valentine Chocolate Lips lollipops for only one dollar! These will be delivered on Valentine’s Day! A small valentine card with your name on it will be attached to each pair of lips, so your valentine will know who sent the gift! Or, you can keep your valentine a secret, and send a Crush for your Crush!! For only one dollar a can of Crush soda will be delivered to your secret crush on Valentine’s Day! If the person who gets the crush wants to know who sent it…..they will have to pay $1 when they pick their crush up to find out who has a crush on them! So, there are two ways to send a very unique, but inexpensive valentine! See any Student Council member to buy either a pair of luscious chocolate lips or a Crush for your Crush!!! Only one dollar…..such a deal!!!

Sweetheart Dance: Get ready! Mark your calendar! The FCHS Student Council is sponsoring a Sweetheart Dance on Saturday, February 18, and it is FREE!! Wear dressy/casual clothes – for guys this means khakis or nice jeans and a polo or button-front shirt. Girls should wear a simple dress, or a skirt and nice shirt. More information will be coming soon . . . .

FCCLA will meet today (Tues.), Immediately after school, in Room 208.

The Fairfield Tech Club will meet today (Tuesa), after school until 4:00, in mac lab. Every student who is interested in technology and robotics is invited to attend.

Any boy or girl who is interested in being on the FCHS track team should sign the list in the main office. More information will be coming soon . . . .

Any boy interested in going out for tennis this spring should attend a meeting next Friday, Feb. 10, at 3:10 in the study hall. If you have any questions, they should be placed in Ms. Durst’s mailbox and the she will get back with you ASAP.

Anyone interested in going out for baseball: There will be a meeting after school in Mr. Simmers’ room tomorrow(wed). Anyone who is interested in participating in baseball tryouts must have the following forms on file in the office: Physical, Insurance Waiver, Athletic Policy, ID, Drug testing, and medical Consent
