Mr. David Savage, Superintendent

 

 

 

David Savage has been a school administrator for 22 years.  He is in his fourth year as the superintendent of Fairfield Community High School District #225.  Previously, Mr. Savage served as the superintendent/principal at the New Hope Community Consolidated School District #6 from 1998-2005.  Mr. Savage also served as principal of the West Salem Grade School from 1991-1998, and as a principal and assistant principal in Texas from 1987-1991 in the Alvarado and Grand Prairie school systems.

 

Mr. Savage received his Educational Administration Specialist degree from Eastern Illinois University in August, 1997.  He received his Masters in Education degree from the University of North Texas in December, 1988, and his Bachelors in Education degree from Eastern Illinois University in May, 1980.

 

Mr. Savage resides in Fairfield, with his wife, Donna and their two children; Rhiannon and Ian.  Mr. Savage is a member of the Community of Christ church and President-elect of the Fairfield Rotary Club.
